Fee structure for Mediation, Facilitation and similar services

1. Mediation (half day, up to 4 hours plus pre-mediation meetings and reading time)

   $1,800 plus GST ($1,980 inc GST)

2. Mediation (full day, up to 9 hours plus pre-mediation meetings and reading time)

   $3,000 plus GST ($3,300 inc GST)

3. Mediation (hourly rate)

   $350 plus GST ($385 inc GST)

4. Mediation coaching and advice (hourly rate)

   $400 plus GST ($440 inc GST)

Stated fees are for standard work. Expenses (including travel) charged at cost. I reserve the right to increase or decrease fees for particular matters.

These fees to not apply to work provided to mediations conducted under the Magistrates Court of SA mediation scheme or the Small Business Commissioner of SA mediation scheme.
